Terms of Service

Last update: September 7, 2026 · zonacero.live

1. Acceptance

By using this site, creating an account or buying any of our plans you accept these Terms and our Refund Policy. If you disagree, do not use the site or buy the service.

2. The service

ZonaCero Hosting provides cloud game servers (currently Minecraft, Counter-Strike 2, Garry’s Mod, Team Fortress 2 and more). Once your payment is confirmed a server is created with the resources of the chosen plan (RAM, disk, CPU, and slots where applicable) and you get access to your control panel at https://panel.zonacero.live.

The plan states maximum resources; real performance depends on overall node load, the game, your mods and third parties (e.g. the game file provider).

3. Accounts

4. Payments and renewal

5. Acceptable use

While using the service you agree not to:

Consequences: on violation we may suspend or cancel your server and account with or without notice, and you may lose the paid period.

6. Suspension and cancellation

We may suspend the service: (a) when the paid period expires and you do not renew; (b) for violating these Terms; (c) for technical reasons, maintenance or security, for the shortest possible time. In case (b) no refund applies.

7. Intellectual property

The site, logo and texts belong to ZonaCero Hosting. The games and brands we mention (Minecraft and Mojang, Counter-Strike, Garry’s Mod, Team Fortress 2 and their owners) belong to their owners; our service is not affiliated with or endorsed by them. You keep owning your worlds and configs while they are in the service.

8. Limitation of liability

We provide the service with due diligence, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or absence of failures. Up to the maximum allowed by law, we are not liable for data loss, interruptions, lost profits or indirect damages, unless caused by our gross negligence or intent.

9. Service and terms changes

We may change prices, plans, features and these Terms. When something affecting you changes, we publish it on this page and, as far as possible, email you. If you keep using the service after the change, you accept it.

10. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by Uruguayan law. On any conflict, we first try to solve it directly. If not possible, jurisdiction belongs to the courts of Montevideo, Uruguay.
