What exactly do you sell?
Monthly game server rental (Minecraft, Counter-Strike 2, Garry’s Mod, Team Fortress 2 and more). Pick a plan with RAM, disk and CPU, pay, and get access to your control panel at https://panel.zonacero.live to manage your server.
How do I pay?
We accept PayPal (USD). Prices show in UYU, USD and ARS at the daily rate and include the gateway fee. We are adding local payment methods: write to us if you need another way to pay.
Do I need an account to buy?
Yes: you need to sign up with a valid email and verify it before paying. When buying you accept the Terms of Service and the Refund Policy.
Is there a free plan?
Yes, with limited stock: one account can hold one free server. With a 100% discount coupon the order is free too.
How long until my server is ready?
Free orders are created instantly. PayPal payments are credited automatically once capture is confirmed and the server is provisioned within minutes. If anything gets stuck, your order stays visible on the status page.
Can I get a refund?
It depends on the case and usage time: see the full Refund Policy In short: if the service could not be provided because of us, a refund applies; misuse or terms violations do not grant one.
What can I not do with my server?
Nothing illegal, nothing attacking third parties (DDoS, spam, phishing, unauthorized mining) and nothing degrading the node for others. Details are in the Terms of Service; violations can suspend or cancel the service without refund.
How do I reach support?
